We loved the location of this hotel! It's conveniently situated near a bustling street food area and within walking distance of the popular Nagoya Hill Mall. The new Grand Batam Mall is also just a short stroll away. Being in such a prime area allowed us easy access to various shops and commercial services.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services that are perfect for a luxurious stay.

I was thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service from the entire hotel staff, especially Mr. Indra and his team at the registration desk. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel's proximity to Nagoya Mall was convenient. The hotel offered various amenities such as karaoke, a pub, massage parlors, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My experience was soured by several negative aspects. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be old and worn out.

During our stay, we found this hotel had great facilities like pub, karaoke, souvenir shop, massage parlour. It was located in the center of the city, giving us quick and easy access to shopping malls, stores, and restaurants. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating to our requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered a breakfast buffet with both Indonesian and western menus.

The rooms are spacious, and although the aircon was not working properly in some rooms, the hotel provided a blower to make the stay more comfortable for their guests.

The cleanliness of the carpet in some rooms is not up to the standards, and there were some areas with permanent dirt stains in the toilets.

This hotel had amazing breakfast options with a lot of variety and good quality food. The location was perfect as it was very close to a big shopping mall and other fun and entertainment facilities. Another advantage was the friendly and welcoming staff who were always ready to help with anything we needed.

The elevator was very slow and the WiFi in our room kept disconnecting often. the carpet and sofa had noticeable burn marks and black marks indicating the need for renovation.
